Arctic vegetation grows in the park’s high country tundra, while lower elevations offer over seven hundred species of plants.

With sixty mountain peaks over 12,000 feet, this park offers some of the best scenic hiking trails and roads in the world.
The Continental Divide National Scenic Trail is a primitive footpath and equestrian trail that runs through the park.
Bring your camera because RMNP’s Animal life includes bighorn sheep, mule deer, mountain lions, bobcat, bear, elk, moose, and a variety of wild birds.
